Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please choose carefully before you buy.We are unable to accept products, which do not meet your expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty.

If a product has a manufacturing defect, then you should return that product to us for a replacement. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Please include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect and the transaction number for your order. Our Quality Control Department will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement. 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
 

• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
